RoHS Directive Labels

China RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) is a regulation to control the use of materials and substances deemed hazardous including but not limited to lead, mercury and cadmium. This regulation includes Environment Friendly Use Period (EFUP) labeling requirements. Our labels are designed so you can properly identify the period of time before RoHS substances are likely to leak out, causing possible harm to health and the environment. The orange number inside the circular arrows indicates the EFUP in years. A special green "e" label is used to label equipment that contains less than the maximum concentration of each hazardous substance.
